That will allow us to shape reality according to our ideas. However, we will go further again, to discover how to let life even surpass our imagination.
We'll return to our familiar reality as its conscious creators, enriching our well-being, relationships, work and health. We'll no longer fight with the life we do not want, but create and enjoy the life we love.

There are many things that could be said about me to create an image you might admire. However, an image of me that you might condemn could just as easily be created. Neither would be a lie and I would still be the same person. That's the power of our creation.
Therefore, even though my parents gave me the name Rasťo Michalik, you can call me Noma D’ahu. Because "No matter who" I've been so far, every new moment I'm enjoying the freedom to be whoever I wish to be. I am grateful for everyone I met on my journey to who I am today and here are a few words from some of you:

„Just yesterday, I told someone how this expedition has already helped me change a few things in my life, and another big change is coming, a pure jump from the comfort zone! So I keep going because I know it helps me be happy.
I didn't have any expectations in advance, basically mainly because I didn't even have time to think about it, so I only packed my suitcase in the evening and just came :)
Anyway, even if I thought in advance what awaited me, I would never expect such an adventure that I would get to a borderline situation like crying (I'm grateful for it). The truth is that the whole atmosphere, the charm of the place and the activities we did, showed me that I still have a few skeletons in my closet, even though I was convinced that they were long gone. „If you had to choose only one workshop in your life, go to Upcycle Yourself.
It was an incredible experience. I returned home reborn. Full of ideas, vigor, energy. I reached such creative dimensions there that when I tell people about it, they don't quite believe that I experienced all this while sober. I came back as a person who has no problems.

„This is an adventure that makes you better - I mean better in general, not "just" more creative professional.

Any autonomy, sustainability or self-reliance, be it energetic, economic, food or health always begins with creative autonomy. Unless we’re able to solve our own problems, we depend on external help, increasing our debt and limiting our options and prospects. This is true on both an individual and collective level.
Growing Circle
Creativity is nature.
Everything in nature evolves in growing cycles. We can observe it from DNA to galaxies. Therefore, the spiral has been a symbol of evolution and endless change since ancient times. Upcycling is a human aspiration to return to this natural principle of evolution, that works in nature and allows the growth of all its parts in a prosperous whole.
It's amazing that we already know how to upcycle a plastic bottle, but the only thing we have to learn to upcycle is ourselves. Then at once, we'll solve all our troubles we're constantly causing ourselves by trying to solve thousands of problems around us, instead of finally focusing on the only source of all our problems - us.
It is creativity with which we are all born that allows us to align with this elementary evolutionary principle. However as we grow, we are losing our natural creativity due to our unconsciousness and the world we're creating is just a result of our weakened ability to create. Without it, we stagnate and drown in problems. With creativity not only we grow and prosper, but everything around us thrives also, just as it naturally works in nature.
Creativity is cooperation.
Today's world is just a reflection of how we treat each other. In all our relationships, personal, working, commercial or international we waste our energy to overpower and defeat others. But halting them doesn’t help us move forward. Just recognising this huge waste of energy can bring a change. Our difference is not here to cause conflicts, but to inspire us and complement each other. Rather than dividing, it should unite us. Rather than destroying – let’s start creating.
Creativity is respect.
Only when our cells cooperate and complement each other, we can prosper and thrive. Believing we are more important than others is like being a cancer cell that grow by sucking energy and life from others. We can’t be genuinely happy at the expense of others. By weakening others, we all lose. We can’t survive alone. Creativity allows us to grow without taking the space of others, because we can create a new one. More creative we are, less conflicts we have.
Creativity is prosperity.

Without creativity, we’re unable to find a real solutions to every problems, we only suppress their acute manifestations, allowing them to grow bigger. By this inability we exhaust ourselves and our surroundings. It is our creativity that allows us not only find real solution to every problem, but even prevent them from arising. Creativity opens our eyes to see opportunities and gives us courage to seize them, so we grow stronger and independent. Once we’re able to help ourselves, we can start helping others. With creativity, we grow naturally and help everyone around us thrive too.

Our life is just our creation. If we are not satisfied with it, we can change it only when we realize, that it's us who create it.

Instead of discounts, we offer companies the opportunity to directly participate in the evolution of our world for better. Here you can read how the lack of creativity profoundly affects our lives, and also why we lose it as children due to an outdated educational system.
Any company that pays this journey for 10 its employees can choose any primary school and invite two teachers to join them on that journey free of charge. They only have to arrange for their transport. The principles of creativity that you will learn during this expedition will not only influence your life, but also your work attitude. The teachers making that journey alongside with you will then encourage and inspire creativity in our children.
